Puretec GC051 Granular Carbon Cartridge
The Puretec GC051 granular carbon cartridge effectively reduces unwanted taste, odour, chlorine, volatile chemicals and pesticides leaving beautiful tasting clear water for all drinking water applications. The GC051 genuine cartridge is engineered to ensure maximum contact between the water and carbon filtration maximising absorption.
Ensuring you use a genuine Puretec replacement cartridge is allows water to enter at one end, pass through the entire carbon bed and exit to the other end of the cartridge all whilst the external expansion pad minimises channeling or bypass.
Before the water exits the cartridge, a 20 micron post filter helps reduce carbon fines and other suspended particles from the filtered water. The post-filter is permanently fastened to an innovative support basket ensuring that it is firmly secured and eliminating any potential of bypass making it suitable for drinking water, food service, whole house filtration and many other situations.
