What is a High Efficiency Nozzle?
Typical Nozzle = Uneven Watering - With typical nozzles, part of the lawn may not have enough water, whilst other parts may be over watered. A large portion of the water may be lost to misting / evaporation and over spray.
High Efficiency Nozzle = Even Watering - High Efficiency nozzles provide better coverage. Better coverage allows a shorter run time and allows a saving of up to 25%+ in water volume when compared to a typical nozzle. Additionally, Rain Bird's high efficiency nozzles are also designed and engineered to produce large water droplets to reduce wind drift.
