Before ordering ensure you measure the area that needs laying and that your topsoil is of good quality. It's a good idea to apply weed killer to stop any weeds from getting into your newly laid turf, and apply fertiliser to the top soil and jump-start the root penetration into the soil. When installing ensure you give your lawn at least 25mm of water within 30 minutes of laying in Summer, and try to avoid traffic on your lawn until the roots have fully taken hold
